Pose of this pictures was inspired by how I was pinned to the bed once in the hospital, with painful surgery. The painting is also stating about my hidden traumas according being part of lgbt community. I’d say that its also a commentary how being excluded and the psychic baggage I habe is here in combination with much phisical pain I experienced.
This work piece is confronting my physical pain and hospital obedience with the overwhelming amount of expectation for treatment to work fast and successful, which is to some extent painful to listen while you are in the middle of suffering the treatments.
